Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

At The Office Loop, we are committed to maintaining the integrity, value, and fair competition of the brands and products we represent. To protect our brand reputation and ensure consistent pricing across all sales channels, we have established the following Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

This policy applies to all retailers, distributors, and resellers of The Office Loop products, whether selling online, in physical stores, or through third-party marketplaces.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this MAP Policy is to:

• Protect the value and perception of our products in the marketplace.

• Support fair competition among all resellers.

• Ensure that customers receive consistent pricing, value, and service.

2. MAP Pricing Requirements

Resellers must not advertise any The Office Loop product below the MAP price provided by us in our official price lists or wholesale catalogs.

“Advertised price” includes, but is not limited to, pricing shown on websites, online marketplaces, emails, printed ads, social media, and any other public marketing or promotional material.

Selling below MAP is not prohibited; however, advertising a lower price than the MAP is a violation of this policy.

3. Bundling & Promotions

Products may be bundled or offered with promotions only if the advertised combined price does not result in an individual product being shown below its MAP.

Any planned promotions, discounts, or special offers must be approved in writing by The Office Loop before publication or distribution.

4. Compliance & Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Suspension of wholesale or reseller privileges.

• Termination of distribution agreements.

• Removal from our authorized reseller program.

The Office Loop reserves the right to unilaterally enforce this policy and update it at any time without prior notice.

5. Policy Administration

This MAP Policy is non-negotiable and applies equally to all authorized resellers.
The Office Loop will monitor advertised prices and reserves the right to take corrective action at its sole discretion.
